I learned a lot in 2024, let’s create another journey in 2025
2024 was a year full of its highs and lows, and I am truly grateful for everything it taught me. I overcame the depths of feeling low between January and March, and slowly, I rose again. Stagnancy followed, but little by little, I took steps forward into a new chapter, returning to my alma mater as a Pharmacist Profession Student.
Loving myself has meant learning to love the world I am striving to create. At times, I doubted that I could catch up, that the world was too distant and unsafe. But today, I stand proud, having conquered those doubts, and continue to grow — more than ever — into the person I am meant to be: Ail Minelal.
As I step into 2025, I am embracing three core competencies that I will continue to nurture: Creativity, Wellness, and Wealth (CWW).
Creativity will flow through the content I create for @CeritaAil, sharing stories that resonate with others. Wellness will guide me in deepening my studies in loneliness, counseling, and facilitating support groups. And in Wealth, I am determined to make strides toward financial independence — working hard to secure my first full-time job and setting the foundation for a future where I can stand confidently on my own.
I am excited for the growth that lies ahead. This year is the beginning of something beautiful — starting today, in this very moment. I hope you too are embracing your own dreams, finding your way, and caring for yourself in all the ways you deserve.
